- Pre-Paid Online Payment & Usage Monitoring
If you have a bill payment scheduled to occur/pay through a secondary party (such as your bank), please make sure to move the pay date until after January 1st to avoid any processing delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Yearly maintenance ensures our systems are up-to-date and ready to serve you. No planned outages or disconnects will be performed during this time.
