HURRICANE HARVEY OFFICE CLOSING

Mid-South Synergy will continue to have all front lobbies closed on Tuesday, August 29th to focus efforts on outage restoration resulting from Hurricane Harvey. Members may reach a member service representative by calling 936-825-5100. Regular hours will resume Wednesday, August 30th. We thank all of our members for their support during restoration efforts.

Hurricane Harvey Outage Restoration Update
August 28th, 2017 at 12:00pm

Mid-South Synergy Crews have safely restored power to over 2800 members since Hurricane Harvey arrived Saturday.  Historic rainfall has caused flooding in portions of our service territory making some areas inaccessible.  When flood waters recede crews will continue to safely restore power to the inaccessible areas as soon as possible.  We are committed to restoring service to all of our members through Hurricane Harvey.

• CR 206 – CR 208

HURRICANE HARVEY RESTORATION EFFORTS

Mid-South Synergy Crews have safely restored power to over 1000 members since Hurricane Harvey arrived Saturday. Heavy rains have flooded portions of our service territory causing areas to become inaccessible in the Walker County area near Birdwell Road. When flood waters recede crews will continue to safely restore power to the inaccessible areas as soon as possible. We are committed to restoring service to all of our members through Hurricane Harvey.

OFFICE CLOSING: FRIDAY, JUNE 16, 2017

All Mid-South Synergy offices will be closing at 1:00 pm on Friday, June 16th for our 77th Annual Meeting being held at the Walker County Fairgrounds. The doors will open to the event at 3:30 pm and the meeting beginning at 5:00 pm. There will be tons of door prizes, refreshments, and much more! We hope to see you there!

CALL CENTER OUTAGE

We are currently experiencing an outage with our phone systems. All online payment systems have been affected by this outage as well. Our call center will be unavailable as we work to restore our phone lines. Thank you for your understanding. We are estimating the outage will last around 1 hour, but are working as quick as possible to get everything back up and running.
